Rest, Relax, & Restore

This Restorative yoga helps you to rest relieve stress, and promote healthy sleep and calm by increasing inward awareness and receptivity. We will take our time getting in and out of restorative reclined postures, along with hands on assists and essential oils, that support joints and gently allow for opening. We will use blankets and blocks and blindfolds to quiet and support the body at all times. Postures are held for 5 -10 minutes inviting deep relaxation to your whole being.
