Join Caroline for a 6 week series to start your yoga practice!

Yoga has many mind and body benefits that can help bring harmony into our daily life. Practicing yoga consistently can help your posture, build inner/outer strength, improve balance, improve flexibility, deepen internal awareness, and can help us find ease in our fast paced world.

Each class will be limited to 10 students to ensure everyone gets undivided attention. Every Monday each class will include breath work, new yoga poses/breakdown, learning how to use props confidently for safe alignment in your body, and finishing with relaxation/guided mini meditation.

Caroline hopes to empower each student through this series to help find their own bliss, invite curiosity, create a safe learning environment and remind each student that yoga is for everyone.
