Enjoy a 60 minute Restorative yoga class, then learn how to make your own sage bundle with local lavender, rosemary, thyme, and sage. We will also talk about the Fall Equinox, rituals for everyday life, and enjoy some warm apple cider by the fire.

What is Restorative yoga?
